【Abstract】 Industrial cluster is a model of industrial development in Zhejiang province. The principal mechanisms of industrial cluster are regional culture genes, specified knowledge of industry, industrial atmosphere and government action. Local cluster of enterprises, coordination and competition in enterprises, diversify and disparity of production, learn each other and interdependent are main features.
