【摘要】 三门峡水库的修建,使区域环境状况和河流水文情势发生了一系列变化:如生物多样性的下降、泥沙淤积、库岸崩塌、土地盐碱化、水质恶化等。文章通过对这些环境问题的分析,认为经过40多年的运用,三门峡水库在较大范围内改变并逐渐稳定了区域的环境生态平衡。并提出加强水资源的管理和保护、及时运用水库的联合调度、处理好移民问题等对策来进一步改善库区的生态环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of the construction of Sanmenxia reservoir, a serious of variations in regional environmental conditions and river hydrometric situations have taken place, such as biological diversity descend, deposition of mud and sand, collapse of reservoir banks, salinization of soil, water quality depravation and so on. By the analysis of these environmental problems, the article points out that Sanmenxia reservoir has changed and gradually stabilized the regional ecologic environmental equilibrium during the process of application for more than 40 years. We should ameliorate the ecosystem environment of the reservoir district further, by means of enhancing the management and protection of the water resources, applying joint management of reservoirs on time, handling the problem of migrants appropriately and so on.更多还原
