【摘要】 文章分析了青海湖区生态环境所面临的问题:青海湖水位的持续下降,水面萎缩;河道断流,渔业资源濒临灭绝;鸟岛连陆、萎缩,鸟类数量急剧减少;草场植被退化、土地沙化及水土流失、洪水、泥石流的加重等,提出了青海湖地区生态环境问题的主要治理对策:广泛动员全社会参与生态环境建设;健全法制;依靠科学技术;加快地区农业结构调整,创造湖区富有地域特色和民族特点的社会经济发展模式;加强野生动植物保护,发展生态旅游业以及加大资金投入等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Over a long period of time, due to a series of artificial activities, the eco-environment around Qinghai Lake has been severely aggravated, which caused great impacts on the economic sustainable development within the region or beyond. At present, the deteriorated tendency of the eco-environmental conditions around Qinghai Lake are quiet serious. The main problems are as follows: the continuous drop of the watertable and the shrink of the lake’s surface; irregular river dry-up and the extinct of fishery resources; the land-linkage & shrink of bird island and the decrease of bird number; the aggravation of the grassland degradation, desertification, water &soil erosion, floods, mudstone flows etc. The comprehensive treatment of the areas is a pressing task. The main treatment strategies include: extensive mobilizing the participation of whole society in the construction of eco-environment; strengthening the legal system; relying on scientific technologies; adjusting the regional agricultural structure and creating the regional-featured, ethical socio-economic developing models; strengthening the wildlife protection and developing eco-tourism; and increasing financial input etc. The aggravated eco-environmental situation around the areas of Qinghai Lake requires to cause the great attention of departments at all levels as well as the entire society so that all together to save the Qinghai Lake.更多还原
