葡萄球菌性跗关节炎肉鸡血液中T细胞与IL-2的动态变化
Dynamics of Blood ANAE~+-Lymphocyte Ratio and Serum IL-2 Level of Experimental Staphylococcus Arthritis in Broiler
【摘要】 通过跗关节腔接种金黄色葡萄球菌(简称金葡菌),成功地复制了肉鸡葡萄球菌性跗关节炎的病理模型,运用ANAE-淋巴细胞-酸性非特异性酯酶组织化学染色法对所建立的病理模型进行了血液ANAE+淋巴细胞比例(%),以及运用放免方法对血清IL-2水平进行了动态研究。研究结果表明:从接种后第3天开始,试验组血液ANAE+淋巴细胞比例(%)持续升高,并在接种后第14天达到最大值53.40%,此后则下降,在试验期结束时(接种后第35天)回落至对照组水平。试验组血清IL-2水平在试验期内则一直高于对照组水平,在接种后第28天以前一直呈升高趋势,并在接种后第28天达到峰值9.428,此后血清IL-2的水平略有下降。经对试验组血清IL-2水平与血液ANAE+淋巴细胞比例(%)进行相关性分析发现:两者间呈显著正相关(P<0.05),相关系数为0.4579。
【Abstract】 Broilers were infected with Staphylococcus aureus in hock,developed histopathological signs of arthritis to determine the dynamics of blood ANAE+lymphocyte ratio(%) and serum IL2 level. The results showed that blood ANAE+lymphocyte ratio(%) was constantly rising at 3 days after bacteria was inoculated and reached the highest value at the day 28th(53.40%),then began to fall to nomal level.The serum IL2 level in tested group was higher compared with that in controled group throughout the period of test, It was constantly rising before the 28th day of inoculation and reached the peak at the day 28th (9.428).It indicated the significant positive corelation(P<0.05) between the blood ANAE+lymphocyte ratio(%) and serum IL2 level.
