【摘要】 幽门螺杆菌为胃炎、胃溃疡的重要致病菌,并与胃癌和胃淋巴瘤的形成关系密切。目前现有的治疗方法多为铋剂三联治疗法和2种抗生素加抑酸剂法,但其副作用大,患者可接受性差,易产生耐药性菌株。到目前为止,还没有真正可用于人的疫苗。现着重介绍由幽门螺杆菌感染而致的消化道溃疡、胃炎等的治疗方法和抗幽门螺杆菌疫苗的研究现状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Helicobacter pylori is the important bacteria causing the ulcer of alimentary canal and grastritis.And Helicobacter pylori has closely reference to forming gastric cancer and gastric lymphatic tumour.At present,the curing methods have bismuth preparation triple therapy and the means of two kinds of antibiotics add to acid inhibitors.But these methods have great adverse reaction and little acceptability.Medicine resisting bacteria is easy to be produced.Up to now,there is no vaccine that can be used by human.The article generalizes briefly the curing methods of the ulcer of alimentary canal and gastritis et al infected by Helicobacter pylori,and the studying situation of vaccine resisting Helicobacter pylori更多还原
