【Abstract】 Bearing force analysis and efficiency calculation of the sideling wedge mechanism have been carried out.The phenomenon of self lock because of the friction function and preventive measures have been ecpounded.Deter-mining principle of the main parameters of the sideling wedge die in design has been given with an instance of such die for punching six long holes of12×4.00B in side wall of spoke disc of minicar,with description of the structure size method,work principle and the die design main points.It may be valued in reference for the die design of the same kind parts.更多还原
