【Abstract】 Drawing technology with local cooling in forming of cylinder with thick wall has been introduced and FE model of forming thermodynamics coupling rigidity viscidity plasticity has been established and simulated calcula-tion done.Relation of metal stress,strain,forming load,temperature field and neck contraction defect with forming technology,preform size,die size and cooling conditions have been analysed and scheme of eliminating neck con-traction defect has been set forward.更多还原
