外缘内曲翻边时的应力应变分析
Stress & Strain Analysis on Concave Curvature Flanging of Outward Fringe
【摘要】 通过对外缘内曲翻边应力应变状态的分析,考虑应变硬化和材料的各向异性,对于满足P.Ludwik应力应变硬化关系式的刚塑性硬化材料,推出了变形区外边缘的周向应力应变计算公式,以及翻边过程中变形区外边缘的长度计算公式。按这些公式计算得到的结果与数值模拟的结果接近。
【Abstract】 Through analysis of the stress and strain distribution of outward fringe’s concave curvature flanging opera-tion in sheet-metal forming and by means of the P.Ludwik’s strain-stress relationship,both strain hardening and transverse anisotropy have been taken into consideration for approximate formulae to calculate the hoop stress and hoop strain for the stretch flanging and to calculate the length at the flanging edge to be derived.Results of the nu-merical simulation of stretch flanging forming have been closed to the results calculated by the mathematical formu-lae.
