离合器式螺旋压力机极限打击性能的讨论

【摘要】 依据能量守恒原理导出了精度较高的离合器式螺旋压力机冷击力的计算式。并根据离合器的脱开性能及最简单的工艺力路线,建立了离合器打滑期间压力机工作机构的运动学模型、有效打击能量和离合器摩擦功的数学模型,在此基础上,得出了压力机在某一参数时,工件最终变形抗力与压力机极限有效打击能量之间的关系曲线,以及有效打击能量与可能出现的极限打击力之间的关系曲线。该两曲线表明,打击过程中,若离合器脱开迟缓,压力机即使在输出了较大能量后,仍有可能产生接近冷击力的打击力。

【Abstract】 Based on th e energy conservation law,an accurate expression of hard blow force of clutch scr ew presses(CSP)has been deduced.And based on the disengaging performance of t he clutch and the simplest load curve of forging,mathematical models during clu tch slipping have been established of kinematics of mechanism of the press-es, of the net forming energy and of the frictional work of the clutch.Based on whi ch,curves for a CSP with certain parameters,of relation of ultimate forming re sistance with net forming energy limit,and that of relation of net forming ener gy with possible maximum blow force,have been obtained.The curves show that a very high blow force,even ap-proximating the hard blow force,may be produced during blowing,even if large sum of energy has been released by a CSP with slow disengaging clutch.
