锂离子蓄电池正极材料LiV3O8的合成与性能
Synthesis and properties of LiV3O8 as the cathode material for Li-ion battery
【摘要】 以LiOH、V2O5和NH4OH为反应物,采用一种比较简单的液相反应方法,结合蒸发、干燥和烧结等处理过程制备了LiV3O8。烧结温度影响到产物的结构和性能,在450℃温度下烧结的样品,晶粒较小且尺寸分布比较均匀,在1.8~4.0V范围内,首次放电比容量达到264mAh/g,循环15次后仍能达到257mAh/g;随着温度的升高,产物在(100)方向的衍射峰明显增强,充放电容量也随着下降。
【Abstract】 A new synthetic method, combined with evaporating, drying and calcining, was empolyed to preparing LiV3O8 in which LiOH, V2O5 and NH4OH were used as the starting reactants. The results show that the structure and property of the products were affected by the calcining temperature. The specific discharge capacity of the sample calcined at 450 ℃ for 8 h, in the range of 1.8-2.4 V, is up to 264 mAh/g and 257 mAh/g in the 1st and the 15 th cycle respectively. The capacity of product is decreased with the increase of temperature. The results of XRD and SEM show that different calcining temperature results in different structure, which results in different discharge capacity.
