层状锰酸锂的制备及改性

【摘要】 采用离子交换法制备了锂离子蓄电池正极材料层状锰酸锂(m LiMnO2),并对其进行了掺杂改性研究,优化了层状锰酸锂及其前驱体(Mn2O3)的制备条件。采用X射线衍射(XRD)分析、扫描电镜(SEM)分析及电化学方法对所得试样进行了表征和测试。结果表明未掺杂的m LiMnO2具有很高的首次不可逆容量(130mAh·g-1),并且循环中容量衰减很快。对m LiMnO2进行掺杂Cr3+、Al3+和Co3+等的改性研究,结果表明掺杂能显著改善m LiMnO2的循环性能,降低首次充放电过程中的不可逆容量;其中Co和Al是掺杂效果较好的元素。

【Abstract】 Layered LiMnO2 (mLiMnO2), as the cathode material for lithium ion battery, was prepared by ion exchange method and its doping modification was studied while the preparation condition for layered LiMnO2 and its precursor (Mn2O3) was optimized. The samples were characterized and tested by means of XRD, SEM and electrochemical methods. The results show that the mLiMnO2 without doping has high irreversible capacity (130 mAh/g) at the first charge/discharge cycle and its cycling capability is poor. The modifications of mLiMnO2 by doping Cr3+, Al3+ and Co3+ were also studied. The results show that its cycling capability is improved greatly and the irreversible capacity at the first charge/discharge cycle is decreased. Co and Al has better doping effects compared with other elements.
