锌-空气电池催化电极的制备和研究

【摘要】 锌 空气电池性能稳定、比能量高、原材料来源广泛、成本低廉。合成了钙钛矿型的La0.6Ca0.4CoO3作为锌 空气电池氧气还原的催化剂,并对此催化剂作了红外光谱(IR),X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TG)等结构测试。研究了催化剂合成对空气电极中氧气还原的影响。通过测定催化电极在碱性介质中的阴极极化曲线,并且组装成锌 空气电池进行放电性能测试,得出了具有最佳放电性能的催化电极组成。实验表明钙钛矿型的催化剂是一种良好的空气(氧)电极催化剂,能有效地促进阴极过程的氧气还原,提高锌 空气电池的性能,如放电容量。

【Abstract】 Zincair battery has steady performance, high specific energy, broad resource of raw material and its cost is low. Perovskite type La0.6Ca0.4CoO3 as the catalyst for oxygen reduction in air electrode was investigated. Moreover, the composition of catalytic electrode with optimal discharge performance was obtained by measuring the cathodic polarization curves of catalytic electrode in alkaline medium and testing the discharge performance of the assembled zincair battery. The results show that the perovskite type catalyst(La0.6Ca0.4CoO3) is an excellent catalyst for zincair(oxygen)battery. It can promote the reduction of oxygen in cathode process and improve the performance of zincair batteries, such as discharge capacity.
