锂离子蓄电池正极材料LiMn2O4——包覆LiCoO2对LiMn2O4循环性能的影响

【摘要】 将LiMn2O4置于LiAc和CoAc2的混合溶液中,缓慢蒸干溶液,煅烧后获得了包覆LiCoO2的LiMn2O4材料。通过电化学测试研究了钴的包覆量、煅烧温度、煅烧时间对包覆LiCoO2的LiMn2O4材料循环性能的影响,并比较了包覆Li CoO2前后,LiMn2O4材料分别在常温和高温环境下循环性能的差异。实验结果表明,在LiMn2O4的表面包覆LiCoO2,可以使LiMn2O4在常温和高温环境下获得良好的循环性能。

【Abstract】 The LiCoO2-coat ed LiMn2O4 material was prepared by pu tting LiMn2O4 into the solution contai ning LiAc and CoAc2, and vaporized the solution slowly, then calcined the mixtu re. The effects of LiCoO2 coating amoun t, calcination temperature and calcinati on time on the cycling performance of Li CoO2-coated LiMn2O4 were investigated by means of electrochemical tests. The differences of the cycling performance o f pure LiMn2O4 and LiCoO2-coated LiMn 2O4 materials at normal and elevated t emperature were also compared. The exper imental results show that the cycling pe rformance of LiMn2O4 at normal and ele vated temperature can be improved by coa ting LiCoO2.
