锂离子蓄电池正极材料LiMn2O4——包覆LiCoO2对LiMn2O4循环性能的影响
LiMn2O4 as cathode material for lithium ion batt eries——Effect of LiCoO2 coating on cycling performance of LiMn2O4
【摘要】 将LiMn2O4置于LiAc和CoAc2的混合溶液中,缓慢蒸干溶液,煅烧后获得了包覆LiCoO2的LiMn2O4材料。通过电化学测试研究了钴的包覆量、煅烧温度、煅烧时间对包覆LiCoO2的LiMn2O4材料循环性能的影响,并比较了包覆Li CoO2前后,LiMn2O4材料分别在常温和高温环境下循环性能的差异。实验结果表明,在LiMn2O4的表面包覆LiCoO2,可以使LiMn2O4在常温和高温环境下获得良好的循环性能。
【Abstract】 The LiCoO2-coat ed LiMn2O4 material was prepared by pu tting LiMn2O4 into the solution contai ning LiAc and CoAc2, and vaporized the solution slowly, then calcined the mixtu re. The effects of LiCoO2 coating amoun t, calcination temperature and calcinati on time on the cycling performance of Li CoO2-coated LiMn2O4 were investigated by means of electrochemical tests. The differences of the cycling performance o f pure LiMn2O4 and LiCoO2-coated LiMn 2O4 materials at normal and elevated t emperature were also compared. The exper imental results show that the cycling pe rformance of LiMn2O4 at normal and ele vated temperature can be improved by coa ting LiCoO2.
