增塑型聚合物双电层电容器的研究
Research on plasticized polymer double-layer capacitor
【摘要】 研究了以活性炭为极化电极材料,PAN/EVA共混膜为固体电解质的增塑型聚合物双电层电容器(PDLC)的循环伏安特性和充放电性能。测试结果表明:以0.5mol/L四乙基四氟硼酸铵(TEATFB)/碳酸乙烯酯(EC)/碳酸二乙酯(DEC)溶液增塑的聚丙烯腈(PAN)/[聚(乙烯 醋酸乙烯)]EVA共混膜,其电导率为7.35×10-4S·cm-1,电化学窗口≥4.5V。由该膜组成的聚合物双电层电容器,其循环伏安特性呈现不对称性,离子在聚合物电解质中的扩散过程中所受的粘滞性阻力是产生循环伏安曲线不对称性的原因。该聚合物双电层电容器的活性炭物质放电比容量可达27.3F/g,并且具有较好的自放电性能。
【Abstract】 The cyclic volt ammetry characteristics and charge/discharge performance of the plasticized polymer doublelayer capacitor(PDLC) using active carbon as polarized electrode and PAN/EVA blended film as solid electrolyte was researched. The result shows that the conductivity of the PAN/EVA blended film plasticized with 0.5 mol/L TEATFB/EC/DEC is 7.35×10-4 S·cm-1, and the stable potential window is not less than 4.5 V. The cyclic voltammogram of the PDLC using the blended film is dissymmetric because the viscous resistance of the ion spreading in polymer electrolyte. The discharge capacitance of the PDLC is up to 27.3 F/g, and its selfdischarge performance is excellent.
