AB5-x型贮氢合金研究
Study on AB5-x type hydrogen storage alloys
【摘要】 研究了非化学计量比不包覆的AB5-x型贮氢合金x值的变化对合金的结构、比容量和放电温度特性的影响。结果表明,x值在0.06~0.48范围内时AB5-x型贮氢合金性能较好。非化学计量比可提高合金的比容量及其氢化物的稳定性,分解氢压平台在25℃时仅为0.01MPa;同时改善合金的低温放电效率,x=0.29时,255K下,1C放电效率达90%;合金结构主体相符合CaCu5构型。
【Abstract】 The nonstoichio metric AB5-x type hydrogen storage alloy without coating was researched. Effects of the x value on the structure, specific capacity and temperature characteristic during discharge of alloy were also studied. The results show that when the x value is within 0.06~0.08, AB5-x hydrogen storage alloy has good performance. The specific capacity of AB5-x type hydrogen storage alloy and the stability of its hydride is improved by the nonstoichiometry ratio and the plateau of pressure for hydrogen decomposition is only 0.01 MPa at 25 ℃. The discharge efficiency of alloys at low temperature is also modified and its 1 C discharge efficiency is up to 90% at 255 K when x=0.29. Moreover, the structural main phase of alloy is in accordance with the CaCu5 structure.
