硫酸盐电镀Zn-Fe合金工艺研究
A Study of Sulfate Zn-Fe Alloy Electroplating Technology
【摘要】 在硫酸盐体系中制备出了Fe的质量分数为0.4%~0.7%的Zn-Fe合金镀层。用正交试验确定了Zn-Fe合金电镀的最佳镀液组成及工艺条件,并对镀层的外观、结合力、硬度及耐蚀性进行了测试。结果表明,所得Zn-Fe合金镀层具有外表美观,与基体结合力好,硬度较高,耐蚀性好等特点。
【Abstract】 ZnFe alloy deposits with 0.4%~0.7% iron content were prepared in sulfate solution. The optimal bath formulation and process parameters were established with the orthogonal experiment. Furthermore, the appearance, cohesion force, hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating were also measured. The results show that the ZnFe alloy deposit obtained has good surface appearance, high hardness, cohesion force and corrosion resistance.
