板料成形中新型润滑方法研究
Research on new lubricating mode in sheet metal forming
【摘要】 通过对板料成形两种润滑方式的分析 ,提出针对二者的作用机理 ,研究微米级粉体的隔离作用和纳米粉体的极压作用来得到新的润滑方法。利用拉深性能评定模拟试验机 ,证实了微米级粉体和纳米级粉体作为添加剂均有提高板料成形性能的作用 ,而二者的复合使用 ,则能进一步提高润滑性能
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis on the two lubrication modes commonly used in sheet metal forming processing, this paper want to develop a new lubrication mode by researching on the isolation effect of micron particle and the extreme pressure effect of nano particle. The physical simulation experiment results show good lubrication performance of the micron additive and nano additive and especially the compound use of the two kinds of additives.
