【摘要】 信息伦理学是应用伦理学研究的新领域。本文通过对国外信息伦理学发生发展历程的考察,把信息伦理学的发展划分为计算机伦理、网络伦理和信息伦理三个阶段。阐释了信息伦理学的特点,信息伦理学与传统伦理学的关系。并就构建当前中国信息伦理学的意义和途径进行了探讨。更多还原
