双键合点破坏性引线键合拉力试验的测量误差分析

【摘要】 在双键合点破坏性拉力试验中,吊钩位置及引线的弧线高度会直接影响测量结果,但在GJB 548A中对此并未作出严格的规定。基于此,本文就以上两因素对测量值大小的具体影响进行了讨论,并针对不同的情况提出了相应的改进措施。分析表明,当放置吊钩位置的误差为±10%时,同时当吊钩与两边引线的夹角均为120度,由此所造成的测量偏差为-5~0%,但当两引线间的夹角减小至100度时,测量偏差将达20~29%。可利用带标尺的目镜控制吊钩的位置,同时建议将测试完成后两引线间的夹角大小作为一测试的参数,从而可在一定程度上减小测量的误差,并使得不同测试结果具有直接的可比性。

【Abstract】 In the destructive double bond test, the experimental results are directly related to the position of the hook and the wire height. But on strict stipulation can be found in GJB 548A. In this article, the effects of the two factors mentioned above on the experimental results are discussed detailedly. The error in measurement will be - 5-0% when the greatest wire loop angle θ is 120 degree and the hoop is put in the center of the wire with an accuracy of±10%. But the error will reach 20-29% as θ turns to be 100 degree. In order to minimize the error in measurement, ocular micrometer with surveyor’s rod can be used to control the position of the hook, and it was also suggested that the greatest wire loop angle, which is not specified in GJB 548A, should serve as an important control criterion.
