【摘要】 通过对邻近效应在并联支路中产生电流造成电流分配不平均的分析和试验研究 ,成功地采用 2台 3极 12 50A交流接触器用特制U形联接板将其 6个极两两并联扩容成 1台 2 0 0 0A交流接触器。改进的触头灭弧系统可快速灭弧和缩小飞弧距离。双电磁系统控制电路确保两台并联接触器的同步闭合和无声节电运行。如将 2台接触器的 6个极全部并联 ,可扩容成 6 0 0 0A单极交流接触器

【Abstract】 The non uniform current distribution in parallel branch resulting from circular current by proximity effect was analyzed and tested. The each two poles in the six poles of two sets of 3 pole 1 250 A AC contactor are connected in parallel by using of special U shaped connection plates, therefore two sets of 1 250 A AC contactor are expended successfully into a set of 2 000 A 3 pole AC contactor. Improved contacts and quenching system can realize arc quick quenching and reduce flashover. Its control circuit with double electromagnetic system can ensure synchronous closing, silent and energy saving operation of two contactors in parallel. If all the 6 poles of two contactors are connected in parallel, it can be expended into a set of 6 000 A single pole AC contactor.
