【摘要】 目的 为研究C型肉毒梭菌毒素的毒力情况,进行了C型肉毒梭菌毒素对小白鼠的LD₅₀测定。方法 随机分组,直接灌胃法。结果 C型肉毒梭菌毒素对小白鼠LD₅₀为0.147ml/kg。结论 该毒素对小白鼠有较强的毒性,建议推广应用灭鼠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to research Butulin Type C’ s virulence. We measure the LD50 of Butulin Type C in rat. Methods Divide the test into groups randomly and pour the stomach according to horn. Results The LD50 of Butulin Type C in the rat is 0.147 ml/kg. Conclusion Butulin Type C has a strong virulence in rat, it should be spreaded and applied.更多还原
