【摘要】 目的 研究并分析中国各生态型鼠疫菌外膜蛋白种类及分子量。方法 鼠疫菌经破碎后采取超高速离心法提取外膜蛋白,利用十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺(SDS-PAGE)电泳系统分离鼠疫菌外膜蛋白。结果 在10％的SDS-PAGE上我国各生态型鼠疫苗37℃条件下的培养物所表达的外膜蛋白最多为26条蛋白带,而28℃培养物表达的外膜蛋白最多的则有36条蛋白带。结论 中国各生态型鼠疫菌外膜蛋白种类存在一定的差异,青海田鼠型菌株所产生的外膜蛋白与布氏田鼠型菌株相同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study out membrane protein kind and molecular weight of different ecotype Y.pesn’s in China. Methods Y.pestis was broken and out membrane protein was extracted by hypervelocity centrifugal machine, Y.pestis out membrane protein was separated by SDS - PAGE electrophoresis system. Results Different ecotype Y. pestis was cultivated at 37 ℃ and 28 ℃ , after that out membrane protein was extracted. 26 out membrane protein bands were created at the most on 10% SDS- PAGE electrophoresis at 37 ℃ culture. However, 36 protein bands were created at the most at 28 ℃ culture .Conclusion Chinese different ecotype Y.pestis out membrane protein kind have some difference, out membrane protein of Microtus fuscus strain is the same as Microtus brandti.更多还原
