【摘要】 目的分析安阳市1997～2001年人间布氏菌病流行特点,为布氏菌病防治提供科学依据。方法收集1997～2001年本市布氏菌病患者个案资料进行分析。结果发病人数显著增加;发病以从事羊、牛饲养的人员为主;4、5月份为发病高峰;发病至确诊间隔时间长,及时诊断率低,误诊率高。结论安阳市人间布氏菌病疫情有上升趋势,局部地区存在布氏菌病暴发流行的可能性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide scientific measure for prevention and control of brucellosis through analysis of epidemic characteristics of human brucellosis in Anyang City during 1997 to 2001. Method Data collected from brucellosis patients in Anyang City during 1997 to 2001. Results The incidence has greatly increased;The incidence rate is higher in the peoples who raise their sheep and ox than other peoples; The incidence brucellosis appeared highest in April and May;The delay from incidence to diagnosis is long;The seasonable diagnostic rate is low. Conclusion The tendency of human brucellosis is up during 1997 to 2001,existing the possibillity of outbreak and epidemic.更多还原
