【摘要】 目的进一步探索聚合酶链反应(PCR)试验用于诊断布氏菌病的可行性。方法采用由编码牛种布氏菌31KD同一蛋白基因序列设计的3对引物,扩增片断分别为223bp、330bp和230bp的PCR试验,对急、慢性期布氏菌病患者(50例)、健康人(45例)及感染布氏菌后豚鼠的全血进行检测。结果42例急慢性期布氏菌病患者和5例健康人PCR试验为阳性,感染豚鼠全部阳性。结论PCR试验诊断布氏菌病病人具有较高的敏感性和一定的特异性,其应用前景较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To follow up the potential role of PCR assay was used for diagnose brucellosis . Mothod We examined peripheral blood from acute and chronic brucellosis (50 cases) and health persons (45 cases) and the cavies after infected brucella,By PCR assay of contrivable three pair primers of the same protein gene sequence encoding immunogenetic 31-KD Br.abortus protein and its amplication fragment are 330bp,230bp and 223bp respectively, Result The results of our PCR assay were positive for 42 cases of acute and chronic brucellosis and five health persons; all of infected cavies were positive . Conclusion PCR assay on diagnosis brucellosis patients was upper sensitivity and certain specifity,its uses foreground is better.更多还原
