【Abstract】 The model of the flow and heat transfer has been established for simulating the mold filling and solidification process. The changes of velocity field have been studied in the mold filling and solidification process. The influence of three different conditions on casting solidification has been analyzed further. The investigation has clarified that the influence of the flow can be neglected during the mold filling and solidification process of general medium-sized and good-sized castings.更多还原
