【Abstract】 As the key role of journal subscription , the quality evaluation plays an important part in the improvement of library resource construction. In this article, the significance and content of multifactor evaluation on the adjustment of journal subscription are discussed, and, the structure and the method of the completed standard system for the journal subscription are expounded.
