【Abstract】 With the analysis on the development of the higher education in china, the increased needs of foreign periodicals and the current status of the foreign periodicals publishing and subscribing of Chinese universities and colleges, this paper makes argumentation on the foreign periodicals collection development project of Chinese higher education system. The project collects rationally foreign periodicals in terms of focal subjects and three-level ownership. The authors finally suggest some ways to stimulates the development cooperation and resource sharing for foreign periodicals.更多还原
