图书馆法的法理浅析
A brief analysis of library laws according to legal principles
【摘要】 从法学理论的角度探讨我国图书馆立法的主客观条件并分析图书馆法立法的某些宏观性定位。
【Abstract】 The author analyzes the subjective and objective factors of the legislation of library laws according to the legal principles and puts forward some views on macroscopic orientation of the legislation of library laws.
