试论高校图书馆规程与读者权益保护
Relations between Regulations of Libraries of Ordinary Colleges and Universitiesand the protection of readers’ rights and interests
【摘要】 从新印发的《普通高等学校图书馆规程 (修订 )》与《消费者权益保护法》出发 ,初步探讨读者的消费权益保护问题
【Abstract】 Starting from newly issued Regulations of Libraries of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (revised) and Law of the Protection of Consumers’ Rights, some basic problems regarding the protection of readers’ rights and interests have been discussed in the article.
