【Abstract】 The catering culture resource is an important composition of tourism resources in China. Chafing dish is the most representation of catering cuture as well as a superior resource in Chonqing. It is necessary and reasonable to help the Chongqing tourism forward to combine chafing dish, a kind of catering culture, with tourism, which will develop the unique chafing dish culture tourism in Chongqing.
