饲料原料与瘤胃培养残渣(8、12、16小时)氨基酸组成差异的研究
THE STUDY ON THE CHANGES OF AMINO ACID PROFILES BETWEEN ORIGINAL FEEDSTUFFS AND THEIR RESIDUES AFTER8、12 OR 16HOURS RUMINAL INCUBATION
【摘要】 选用3头装有瘤胃瘘管的改良阉牛 ,利用尼龙袋技术对不同饲料降解后残渣的氨基酸(AA)组成与原料AA组成的差异进行了研究。结果表明 ,与精料氨基酸浓度相比在降解后有上升趋势(P<0.05)的氨基酸有Ala、Phe、Val、Ile和Leu(其中后3种氨基酸为支链氨基酸) ;在降解后有下降趋势(P<0.05)的氨基酸有Gly、Arg、Tys、Lys、Met和Cys。各氨基酸降解前后的浓度存在强相关回归关系。
【Abstract】 Three crossbred beef cattle fitted with ruminal cannula were used to determine the changes of the amino acid(AA)profiles(g AA/100g AA)between original(O)feedstuffs or diets and their residues after8h(R-8)、12h(R-12)or16h(R-16)ruminal incubation by nylon-bag technique.Results showed that:after ruminal incubation,Ala,Pro,Phe,Val,Ile and Leu had higher amino acid concentration(P<0.05)in each feed samples.On the contrary,Gly,Arg,Tyr,Lys,Met and Cys had lower amino acid concentration(P<0.05)in each feed samples.A regression equations for amino acid concentrations beˉtween original feedstuffs or diets and the their residuas were establishad.
