【Abstract】 The Landrace×Meishan piglets weaned at(30±2)day were used to investigate the effects of the starch gelatinization on starch digestibility and glycamic respones.The results showed as follows:The apparent digestibility of starch increased6.7%in piglets when suitable gelatinization starch was fed.Glycamic response was ahead of the time as to the control,and the peak level increased。更多还原
