【Abstract】 Based on introduction of internal melt ice-on-coil technology and external melt ice-on-coil technology, a new technology of combination of the two technologies is proposed. This new technology can effectively prevents the reduction of ice melt ability during the peak time, and also reduce the design capacity of ice thermal storage and thus reduce the first cost of the ice storage system.
