计算机模拟在高温超导滤波器调谐中的应用
TUNING HTS FILTER WITH COMPUTER-AIDED SIMULATION
【摘要】 本文通过使用电磁模拟软件对滤波器的滤波特性和电磁场分布进行了研究 ,模拟结果显示通过插入介质钉可以在基本不影响滤波器带内特性的条件下实现中心频率可调 .在研究了螺钉对谐振器和谐振器间耦合的影响后 ,我们对一 5节前向耦合型带通超导滤波器的调谐特性进行了模拟计算 ,其中心频率为 30 30MHz,带宽 2 2 0MHZ ,中心频率可调范围 +2 0MHz.对另一 4节C形滤波器调谐计算显示 ,其中心频率 2 1 90MHz,带宽 55MHz,中心频率可调范围± 4MHz.
【Abstract】 In this paper, we present a research on electric-magnetic field of HTS resonator and bandpass filter with aid of EM simulation software. After discuss the influences of the screws to the resonator frequency and parameters of coupling resonators, we calculated a 5-poles front-coupled bandpass filter, which has a center frequency of 3030MHz and a 220MHz bandwidth, after tuning with the screws, the simulation results display a 20MHz shift of center frequency to high direction. And to another 4-poles C type bandpass filter (2190MHz center frequency, 55MHz bandwidth), the screws in different position can make center frequency shift to both directions. All of the simulation results show that the center frequency of the filter can be tuned without effects in insertion loss by use of dielectric screws.
