固氮冷却的高温超导磁体
HTS MAGNET COOLED BY SOLID NITROGEN
【摘要】 本文介绍了高温超导磁体的固氮冷却方法 .对 2 0K下磁场为 2 .90T的小型Bi2 2 2 3/Ag高温超导磁体进行固氮冷却实验 ,获得了系统冷却过程和磁体性能的实验曲线 .实验结果表明 :采用固氮作为冷源 ,是高Tc 磁体一种成功的实验技术 .
【Abstract】 The solid nitrogen cooling method for HTS magnet is introduced in the paper. A HTS experimental magnet with a central magnetic field of 2.90T at 20k wound with Bi2223/Ag tapes was tested in thermal communication with a mass of solid nitrogen, the cooling and warming process curves and the I-c-T characteristics of the magnet were obtained. It shows that the solid nitrogen cooling is successful for Bi2223/Ag HTS magnet operation.
