单畴GdBaCuO块材生长工艺研究
STUDY OF MELT-PROCESSED Gd-Ba-Cu-O SINGLE DOMAIN BULKS IN AIR
【摘要】 在空气气氛中采用冷籽晶熔融织构工艺进行了单畴GdBaCuO块材生长 .通过调整Gd1 2 3相与Gd2 1 1相配比的方法控制GdBaCuO块材的成分 .为抑制稀土元素对钡位的替代 ,添加了低熔点的BaCuO2 .探索了采用熔融织构工艺在空气条件下生长单畴GdBaCuO块材的工艺条件 ,找到了适合单畴GdBaCuO在空气气氛下生长的工艺制度 .已成功生长出直径2 5mm左右的单畴样品 .探索了单畴GdBaCuO块材的氧处理制度 ,并对生长出来的单畴GdBaCuO块材进行了性能测试及微观结构观察 .样品的零电阻温度达到了 94K ,不可逆场比钇钡铜氧要高出很多 .磁浮力密度达到了 1 2N/cm2 .
【Abstract】 The Gd-Ba-Cu-O single domain superconducting bulks have been prepared in air. In order to control the Gd ions substituted the Ba sites, the BaCuO-2 was added in 123 and 211 powder during the MTG process. The single domain GBCO bulk with 25mm in diameter was prepared in air. The magnetization hysteresis loops of the samples were measured, irreversibility field is more than 4T. T-c of the samples with 94K has been achieved. The levitation force was up to 12N/cm2.
