探索新型高温超导材料碳化硼的研究
PRIMARY RESEARCH ON THE NEW HIGH T_c SUPERCONDUCTING MATERIAL BARON CARBIDE
【摘要】 碳化硼是一种非常重要的非金属材料 .它具有优良的力学 ,热学以及微电子学性质 .这使得碳化硼在微电子学、核物理、军事以及空间技术上具有广泛的应用 .根据程开甲的超导双带理论 ,具有双带结构的材料适于构成高Tc 材料 ,尤其是四价元素特别适合超导化合物的生成 .因此碳化硼是一种潜在的新超导材料 .这里采用等离子体化学气相沉积的方法制备了碳化硼的薄膜 ,并进行了适当的金属掺杂 .通过核磁共振、透射电镜等物理测量 ,分析讨论了其物理性质 ,得出碳化硼可能具有超导特性 .
【Abstract】 Baron carbide is an important non-metallic material with excellent mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. So baron carbide has been widely used in micro-electronic, nuclear, military and space application. According to Chen′s two-band superconducting theory, materials with two bands are very likely to form high T-c material, especially for quadrivalent compounds. So baron carbide is a potential material to construct new highs T-c materials. We deposited the boron carbide films by chemical vapor deposition methods (CVD). From the measurements of the physical properties of baron carbide, we believe that it is a possible superconducting material.
