Bi-2212超导圆筒初始粉制备
FABRICATING OF Bi-2212 STARTING POWER FOR SUPERCONDUCTING TUBES
【摘要】 为了提高应用于感应屏蔽型限流器的超导圆筒性能 ,也为了了解初始粉对部分熔融工艺参数 ,最终块材性能以及微观结构的影响 .本文采用不同的初始粉制备工艺制备了Bi 2 2 1 2初始粉 ,分析了初始粉的物相组成 ,碳含量 ,并应用部分熔融工艺烧制成超导块材 .用扫描电镜观察了最终超导块材中的相和微观结构 .标准的四引线法测得 77K下自场的临界电流密度可超过 1 ,0 0 0A/cm2 .超导圆筒的临界电流达到 2 0 0A .
【Abstract】 In order to improve superconducting properties of Bi-2212 tubes and to understand the effects of the starting power on the partial melting processing parameters, superconducting properties of the materials, and microstructure, Bi-2212 starting power was made by different ways. The power was made into bulk material by the partial melting process. Scanning electron microscopy was employed to investigate the phases and microstructure. Voltage-current (V-I) characteristics were measured with a standard four-probe method at 77K self field. The critical current density is above 1,000A/cm2, and that of superconducting tubes is about 200A.
