Nb1-xB2(x=0~0.7)超导体的高压合成和超导电性
HIGH PRESSURE SYNTHESIS AND SUPERCONDUCTIVITY OF Nb1-xB2 (x0~0.7) SUPERCONDUCTORS
【摘要】 利用高温高压手段合成了系列Nb缺位的Nb1 -xB2 超导体 .在x=0~ 0 .7的范围内都可得到单相的AlB2 结构样品 .整配比的NbB2 中未发现超导电性 ,当x大于零后 ,可观察到超导电性出现 .最高转变温度Tc 接近 9K .
【Abstract】 We synthesized series of Nb-deficient Nb-{1-x}B-2 superconductors under high temperature and high pressure. Single phase samples with hexagonal AlB-2-type can be obtained with the composition range from x0 to x0.7. In stoichiometric NbB-2 sample no superconductivity was found. Superconductivity was obtained with x from 0.1 to 0.7, the highest T-c was nearly 9K.
