CDMA系统用高温超导滤波器的设计
DESIGN OF HTS FILTER FOR CDMA MOBILE BASE STATIONS
【摘要】 本文根据CDMA(CodeDivisionMultipleAccess)移动通信系统的要求 ,采用Sapphire基片上的双面YBCO高温超导薄膜设计和制作了中心频率为 830MHz,相对带宽为 1 .2 %的 1 6节高温超导滤波器 ,其谐振器采用了折叠型结构 ,能够显著地减小所用基片的尺寸 .在 68K的测试温度下实验结果与设计结果很好的吻合 ,带边陡峭度达到了 50dB/MHz,带外抑制超过80dB ,带内插损小于 0 .2 7dB ,而尺寸限制在两英寸内 .
【Abstract】 A practical design technique for a compact microstrip bandpass filter structure is introduced based on Tchebyscheff prototype filters. The structure consists of a parallel array of folded half-wavelength resonators. A 16-pole high-temperature-superconductor bandpass filter with 1.2% fractional bandwidth at 830MHz was designed and fabricated using double-sided YBCO thin films on a 2-inch diameter sapphire wafer for CDMA Mobile Base Station. New resonator structure was used to make the filter more compact and easier to be designed. The S-paramater measurements show a good agreement with simulated result. At 68K, the filter has less than 0.27dB insertion loss, and better than 14.7dB return loss.
