【Abstract】 We study numerically the ac response of 2D vortex lattice with randomly distributed point-like pinning centers. Then mode-locking steps are observed in the simulated dc I-V characteristics, accompanied by the occurrence of largest negative peaks in the dc differential (dV/dI)-{dc}. This is in good agreement with experiments.更多还原
