操作参数在低温低压动态吸附过程中的作用
Effect of Operation Parameters on Dynamic Adsorption Process at Low Temperature and Low Pressure
【摘要】 实验初步研究了分子筛吸附剂在低温低压分子筛泵动态吸附过程中的作用,同时通过变化吸附温度、进气方式等参数考察其对这一吸附过程的影响,并以LDF模型对一些现象作了解释,表明适当选择操作参数可对分子筛的这种工作能力有较大的提高。
【Abstract】 Effect of using different types of zeolites,also that of operation parameters such as working temperature,method of gas inlet on the dynamic adsorption of molecule sieves pump at low temperature and low pressure is experimentally studied.Some phenomena are interpreted by utilizing LDF mode.It is acquired that adsorption capacity of molecule sieves pump can be improved obviously by selecting proper operation parameters.
