基于模糊理论的电能质量综合量化指标研究
RESEARCH ON SYNTHETIC AND QUANTIFICATED APPRAISAL INDEX OF POWER QUALITY BASED ON FUZZY THEORY
【摘要】 从电能质量的基本概念出发,论述了电能质量综合评判的重要性与必要性,提出了一种利用模糊综合评判的方法对电能质量进行综合评价的二级评判法。这种方法先确定各电能质量指标的隶属度函数及隶属度,再采用模糊综合评判方法的二级评判模型对电能质量进行综合评判,从而给出客观、全面、综合唯一的电能质量评价指标。该方法可为电力市场环境下的电能的优质优价服务分析提供基础。
【Abstract】 According to the basic concept of power quality the importance and necessity of performing synthetic appraisal are disserted and a secondary appraising method which canperform synthetic appraisal of power quality by use of fuzzy synthetic appraisal is proposed. Firstly the membershipfunctions and the membership grade should be determined, then the synthetic appraisal of power quality is performed by the secondary appraisal model in fuzzy synthetic appraisalmethod, thus, an objective, overall, synthetic and unique index of power quality can be given.
