【Abstract】 It is necessary and rather difficult to realize the coordination of peak load, frequency and tie-line power flow regulation in interconnected power system to improve the secure and stable operation of interconnected power system and to ensure the performance of power and energy contract of tie-line. Here this problem is analyzed and the regulation strategy is proposed, that is, the power systems at the both sides of the tie-line must combine preparing the responsive ability for climbing peak with receiving, the support from other side of tie-line.
