新型低温温度传感器的研制

【摘要】 对几种新型的低温温度传感器技术做了简单的介绍 ,研制了新型的低温温度传感器并做了大量的试验。试验结果表明 ,这几种传感器可以替代热敏电阻和热电偶传感器在火箭发动机试验中的应用 ,其精度、稳定性、互换性、自热效应等特性都优于热敏电阻和热电偶传感器。

【Abstract】 In the field of temperature measurement precise measurement of low and super low temperature is always a very important subject This paper introduced several new types of cryogenic temperature sensors Some new types of sensors have been developed and tested The experimental results show that these types of sensors can substitute for thermistors and thermocouples in the field of the test of rocket engines and they behave better than thermistors and thermocouples in the characteristics such as precision,stability,interchangeability,self heating,and etc
