【摘要】 阐述了CMOS图像传感器的一般特性,介绍了新型CMOS图像传感器OV9620/OV9610的性能、特点和工作方式,并介绍了一种利用OV9620芯片的视频采集系统。

【Abstract】 The general characteristics of CMOS image sensor are explained in this paper. The performance, features and operation of the new type of CMOS image sensor OV9620/OV9120 are discussed as well. A video acquisition system using the chip OV9620 is introduced.
