【Abstract】 In this paper, we introduce an algorithms to manipulate compressed video in the compressed domain. Specifically, we focus on directly algorithms processing the Discrete Cosine Transform DCT coefficients. Furthermore,for compression systems incorporating MC such as MPEG, we introduce some decoding algorithms and the related reconstruction operation in the transform domain.
