【Abstract】 This paper describes the present status,main features,framework structure,operating mechanism and future de-velopment goals of intelligence property management and protection(IPMP)technologies in the MPEG-21standard.The real-ization of the goals will impact directly on the mutual operation ability of services,equipment and applications.Cantent stream can be produced and provided within the framework architecture,and new services and equipment can be designed in a dynamic way.更多还原
