This article describes how to design a local network video broadcasting receiver.The computer broadcasts video data in local network with UDP/IP protocol.Once it gets the video data,the receiver which designed with FPGA devices buffers and formats the video data on the demand of the decoder.At the terminal,the television receiveris used for display-ing the video.The modules designed in the FPGA device is presented mainly.[
