哑门穴区解剖结构的三维重建
Three-dimensional reconstruction of YaMen Acupoint’s regional anatomic structure
【摘要】 目的 :利用三维重建软件在断面图像的基础上、在计算机上进行人体的重建和切割 ,从多层面显示穴位所处的各种解剖结构 .方法 :将制作的哑门穴所在部位的断面标本拍摄成图像输入计算机 ,利用软件进行重建和切割 .结果 :得到经哑门穴所在部位的矢状、冠状、横断和斜切面 .结论 :实体图像经软件重建和切割后 ,图像结构清晰 ,色彩鲜明 ,具有满意的分辨率 .为临床应用和机制研究提供形态学依据
【Abstract】 AIM: On the base of the sectional images, reconstruction and cut of body were performed using the 3D reconstruction software in computer to demonstrate the anatomic structures from different layers where the acupoint lies in. METHODS: Faultage specimens of the area of YaMen Acupoint were shot into images, which were put into the computer. The input was reconstructed with software into stereo shape or cut into planes to show the structure around the acupoint. RESULTS: The sagittal plane, coronal plane and horizontal plane of the area of YaMen Acupoint were obtained. CONCLUSION: The reconstructional images made of the entity images with the software show the clear structures, bright color and satisfactory resolving power, which provides pharmocological basis for clinical application and mechanism research.
